Flavoring mixture for iron compositions
The invention concerns a method which is particularly suitable to mask the bad taste and the unpleasant aftertaste of the compounds and of iron complexes formulated in pharmaceutical formulations or in food supplements. The oral solid and liquid formulations are characterized to contain a typical mixture consisting of flavours or cocoa or chocolate, with cream and caramel. The oral formulations of the invention are particularly stable from the organoleptic viewpoint and in contact with oral and oropharyngeal mucous membranes are very palatable.
