The absorbefacient property of THAM, remarkably within a well defined concentration range, has been suitably combined in a nasal solution containing Teriparatide (Parathyroid hormone, PTH 1-34) highly suitable for the intranasal administration of a therapeutically effective amount of this peptide currently used as injectable product to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis. The above composition is very convenient for the daily dosed administration of Teriparatide as nasal spray solution.
